Applications

We use your personal data to fill vacancies and, in individual cases with your consent, to include you in the echion applicant pool.

We process private contact data (first and last name, address, telephone, e-mail), curriculum vitae (incl. application photo, school, further education and training, previous employers), references (school, training and work references) as part of the application process.).

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO, respectively § 26 BDSG. In the case of inclusion in the applicant pool the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1 lit. a DS-GVO).

Your application data will only be forwarded internally to the departments involved in filling the vacancy.

The data will be deleted 6 months after completion of the application process. If you consented to the inclusion of your application data in the echion applicant pool your data will be deleted 1 year after the completion of the application process.

There is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that you cannot be considered in the application process.
