„There has to be a better way!“ – the history of echion AG began in 2000 with this simple thought of a passionate radio-producer when listening to the audio played in a supermarket. In order to continue on our path with the same energy and passion after 20 years, we rely on a dedicated team and always new impulses. This is why, not only for our customers but also for our employees, we constantly ask ourselves anew: “How can we work even better as a team and who can best support us in doing so?”
We support our employees in becoming the best version of themselves. With customized training programs and performance targets, employees can manage their development together with their supervisors individually.
Delivering parcels to the workplace, filling a prescription at the pharmacy or having laundry taken to the dry cleaners – we support our employees in completing daily tasks conveniently during working hours. Because it´s the little things that count.
We like to have a good time at work, which is why our fully automated and modern coffee machine is probably the most popular amongst our employees. Water is available from our filter system in three sparkling levels, and our fruit basket provides a fresh vitamin kick.
Fun is essential for a good and collaborative team. That’s why the photo box is just as much a part of our Christmas party as the annual visits to the “Augsburger Plaerrer”. Throughout the year, there are cart races, barbecue evenings or excursions to a game of laser tag.
We believe that in-house apprenticeships are an indispensable investment in our future. It is our goal to develop young talents at the highest level in every core area of the echion AG. That is why it is important for us to pass on our know-how as intensively as possible and thus train the next generation of echion AG employees. In addition, we have founded our own platform, AKADEMIE.ECHION, where our mentors support young talents, from training to setting up a company. We have also been a partner of “Talente für die Region” for several years.
When it comes to our employees, we don’t just rely on ourselves, but face the critical view from the outside. The Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) has been our companion in matters of training for many years and we are delighted to receive our IHK training seal every year. Furthermore, we are proud bearers of the kununu seals of approval OPEN COMPANY and TOP COMPANY. The TOP COMPANY status can only be achieved through positive employee evaluations.
